Terms of Use
Last updated June 2026
These terms govern use of the Axiform platform and website. This is an early-access summary and will be replaced by a full agreement before general availability. By using the service, you agree to the points below.
The service
Axiform provides shop-management and parts-ordering software for automotive service businesses. Access during early access may change as the product evolves.
Vehicle reference data
Axiform may display vehicle specifications — tire sizes, fluid capacities, torque values, fitment and similar data — as a convenience. This information is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Configurations vary by trim, package and market. Always verify any specification against the vehicle's owner's manual, the driver's-door tire placard, and the manufacturer's specifications before relying on it. Axiform is not liable for loss, damage or injury resulting from reliance on this data without independent verification.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and only for your own shop's operations. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants' data.
Liability
The service is provided “as is” during early access. To the extent permitted by law, Axiform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
Ontario, Canada.
