Axiform builds shop-management and parts-ordering software for Canadian independent auto-repair shops. This page explains, in plain terms, what information we handle and how. It will be expanded into a full policy before general availability.
What we collect
Account information for shop staff (name, email), the shop's own business records entered into the platform (customers, vehicles, bookings, estimates), and standard technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Where your data lives
Shop data is hosted in Canada (Montréal region) and isolated per shop. We do not sell your data. We use it to provide and improve the service and to support your account.
Your control
A shop owns its data and can request a copy or deletion. Email us and we'll help.
