Is Axiform available yet?

We're onboarding a small group of pilot shops in the Ottawa–Gatineau area now. If you run an independent tire or auto-repair shop, request early access and we'll reach out to get you set up.

How is Axiform different from Tekmetric or Shopmonkey?

Axiform is built tire-first and built for Canada. Tire fitment, seasonal storage and changeovers are core features rather than add-ons; Canadian tax is native; and you're billed in Canadian dollars, not USD. Two-way texting and an open API are included in the base plan instead of gated behind premium tiers.

Does it handle Canadian sales tax properly?

Yes. HST, GST, PST and QST are first-class tax types, applied correctly per province — not a single tax rate with a fake non-taxable fee bolted on as a workaround.

Will it work for mechanical work, or just tires?

Full mechanical work is supported — repair orders, services, inspections and parts. The difference is that tire workflows are first-class rather than an afterthought, so a tire-and-mechanical shop isn't fighting the software.

Is two-way texting included?

Yes. Messaging customers and sending job updates is part of the base plan, not a several-hundred-dollar-a-month upgrade.

Can it connect to my parts suppliers?

Parts ordering lives inside the estimate so you can look up and order without leaving the job. Direct integration with parts-distribution networks is in progress — we'll share specifics with pilot shops as connections come online.

Can I move my data over from my current software?

Yes — we help pilot shops bring over customers, vehicles and history during onboarding rather than leaving you to re-enter everything by hand.

Where is my data stored?

In Canada, on infrastructure in the Montréal region, and isolated per shop. Your shop owns its data and can request a copy or deletion at any time. We don't sell it.

What does it cost?

Pilot shops get early-access pricing while we build alongside them. Pricing is designed for owner-operated independents, without the enterprise price tag. Tell us about your shop and we'll walk you through it.
